Educational Consulting Services and Materials

Horry County School District is seeking educational consulting services to provide expertise not available within the district, covering areas such as education policy, services, testing, and trends. Approved consultants will be placed on a qualified provider list, which does not guarantee a contract. Offers will be accepted every three months based on the initial award date. Services include professional development for grades CD-12, speeches at conferences, technical assistance, analysis and recommendations, task force participation, curriculum development, assessment review, mentoring, and mediation. The daily rates for consulting services vary by service, with some not to exceed $1,000, some $5,000 and others up to $6,500. Any vendor awarded a contract where they require paperback, hardback, digital/electronic to perform the service identified in the Bid Schedule, shall not exceed unit price of $100 each. Compensation includes travel expenses.
