Network Services for AFRICOM, CENTCOM, and EUCOM (NS-ACE) MAC IDIQ

This Request for Proposal is for the NS-ACE multiple-award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract, providing network services and capabilities essential to the Defense Information Systems Network through task orders supporting the United States Africa Command, United States Central Command, and United States European Command areas of responsibility. The contract will replace the current Global Network Services contracts HC1013-16-D-0001 through HC1013-16-D-0008. The solicitation was revised in its entirety under Amendment 0005, including the performance work statement and attachments. Offerors must submit a technical proposal in accordance with Section L, include a completed and signed SF 1449, acknowledge all amendments, and submit proposals by email in accordance with Section L2.5. The acquisition is not set aside for small businesses. Controlled attachments require access through the procurement system, and questions using the Attachment L1 spreadsheet were due before the proposal deadline.
