Description
The Ohio Department of Transportation is soliciting a one-year maintenance and support plan for a Teledyne Optech Galaxy aerial LiDAR system and an integrated PhaseOne iXM-RS150F camera. The scope includes factory and in-field hardware diagnostics and repair on a time-and-materials basis, telephone and email support, data analysis, major and minor releases for up to four licensed software seats, vendor-paid shipping, and all vendor personnel travel and living costs. The support plan must provide loaner equipment when factory repair exceeds the stated timeframe, subject to availability, and includes comprehensive support for the camera, lens, and iXController. The solicitation identifies the covered system serial numbers and excludes the specified iX Controller from coverage. Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder; this is the second round after no bids were received in the first round.
