Internet, Data, and Voice Services

Southern Alberta Institute of Technology is procuring internet transit, wide-area data connectivity, and voice carrier services to replace or improve existing carrier services while maintaining continuity for critical institutional systems, remote campuses, public internet connectivity, and voice communications. Respondents must propose resilient, supportable, scalable, and commercially flexible solution options rather than simply reproduce the current design. Each option should address service architecture, expected performance, risks, dependencies, implementation requirements, lifecycle implications, and total cost, followed by a recommendation for the solution offering the best overall value.
