Online Questionnaire Management Platform

The Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada, supporting the Canadian International Trade Tribunal and its Trade Remedies Investigations Branch, is conducting a Request for Information regarding commercially available secure, web-based questionnaire management platforms. The desired solution would support complex questionnaire design and reuse, secure access for internal and external respondents, partially completed and revised submissions, data collection and storage, validation, workflow automation, integrated email invitations and reminders, respondent tracking, reporting, analytics, dashboards, and export to formats including Word, Excel, PDF, and PowerPoint. The platform must be capable of supporting Protected B information and Government of Canada security requirements, including Canadian data residency and transmission, strong authentication and role-based access controls, audit logging, data integrity protections, version control, accessibility, bilingual English/French functionality, and applicable cloud and security standards. Respondents are asked to provide information about their organization, platform, security environment, implementation approach, training and support, limitations, and indicative pricing. This RFI is for market research and will not result in a contract award; selected respondents may later be invited to demonstrate their solutions by Microsoft Teams videoconference.
