Retail, Grocery, Food Suppliers, and Restaurant/Catering Vendors

Carroll Independent School District is seeking proposals from vendors for retail, general merchandise, grocery, food supplies, and restaurant/catering services. This is a multi-award RFP intended to establish an approved vendor list for district employees. Awards will be made to multiple vendors throughout the open period of this solicitation, with the contract term being the 2023-2024 school year, with options to extend for three additional years. Discounts will include all shipping and handling charges, F.O.B. Destination.
