Statewide Maintenance Asphalt Price Agreements

The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is establishing a new price agreement series for hot mixed asphalt, as the current agreements expire on December 31, 2024. This solicitation requires new or existing suppliers to submit an application. Information sessions will be held via Teams for suppliers with questions. These sessions are voluntary. Once awarded a price agreement, the expiration date is set for December 31, 2034. ODOT Maintenance forces purchase asphalt products (ACP, Asphalt Binder, Emulsified Asphalt Tack Coat) on an as-needed basis for projects performed by ODOT's Maintenance crews. Generally, these purchases are made by ODOT picking up the asphalt products from a supplier's plant. Occasionally, ODOT may ask that a supplier deliver the products.
