VMware Licenses and Support

The City of Miami Beach is seeking applications from contractors who wish to participate in a prequalification pool that will be used for VMware licenses and support to deploy virtual desktop software to facilitate remote work environments. All contractors which meet or exceed the criteria established in this solicitation shall be placed on a prequalification list that may be accessed by the Information Technology Department to obtain price quotations for VMware licenses and support. Contractors should be authorized to sell, upgrade, supply, service, and maintain VMware products. The prequalified bidder's project manager is responsible for monitoring the customer service provided to the City. Selection into the Pool does not guarantee work and does not provide for exclusive rights to provide these services to the City. Inclusion in the Contractor Pool is a prerequisite for having an opportunity to submit quotes and obtain work through this Pool.
