MPA 550 Generator Maintenance, Repairs, and Installation

The State of Rhode Island, Division of Purchases is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide inspection, preventative maintenance services, repair and replacement, and emergency services as needed for generators and related equipment. This includes general visual inspections, checking coolant levels, inspecting hoses, testing fuel for water, inspecting air filters, and checking oil levels. Preventative maintenance services include fuel filter replacement, oil and filter changes, valve adjustments, and spark plug cleaning. Additional services include monthly load tests, load bank tests, diesel testing, and emergency repair service. The awarded contractor must respond to emergency situations within two hours of notification. The contract expires August 31, 2027.
