Commercial Foodservice Equipment and Installation

The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking commercial foodservice equipment for Camp Carroll and Camp Henry in South Korea. The requirement includes electric full-size combi ovens, blast chiller freezers, refrigerated milk dispensers, a cube-style ice maker and storage bin, cold food tables, tray and flatware carts, louvered and solid shelving with casters, dunnage racks, water filtration systems, cleaning and care products, racks, baskets, probes, and related accessories. Equipment must meet the stated electrical, dimensional, sanitation, safety, energy-efficiency, and warranty requirements. The requirement also includes installation. The contractor must disconnect and move existing equipment to the designated dock area, uncrate and assemble new equipment, place and connect it to existing utilities, modify plumbing where applicable, transport equipment from the government warehouse to the dining facility, and test operation. Installation must be coordinated with the end user, performed during normal business hours, and completed within the quoted installation schedule. Quotations must provide itemized equipment pricing and, if applicable, a complete installation breakdown.
