Band and Related Groups Equipment, Services, and Supplies

Texarkana Independent School District is soliciting proposals for vendors to provide band and related groups equipment, services, and supplies. This is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with an initial proposal deadline of July 16, 2024, and proposals will be accepted on an ongoing basis until April 3, 2029. The contract is structured for a one-year base period with four additional one-year automatic renewals, totaling a potential five years, beginning August 1, 2024. Evaluation criteria will include cost, vendor reputation and quality, past relationship with the district, how well offerings meet district needs, impact on historically underutilized businesses, and principal place of business or employment in Texas. Specific items requested include musical instruments like marimbas and xylophones, as well as services such as equipment repair, refurbishment, and musical clinicians. Vendors are required to provide a guaranteed discount percentage off their published pricing, which will remain constant throughout the agreement.
