Ecocentre Reuse Center Operations

The City of Gatineau is conducting an expression of interest for operation of a future ecocentre reuse center. The selected operator would receive and resell secondhand goods under Part A, and manage and recover reusable items collected at two other municipal ecocentres under Part B. Municipal staff will remain responsible for general ecocentre operations, including visitor reception, management of deposited materials, and access maintenance. Responses are due by November 25, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time and must be submitted to the City's Responsible Procurement Service.
