F-16 Radar Antenna Array Brazing Assembly Repair

The Air Force Materiel Command is seeking a qualified source to repair array brazing assemblies (P/N: 646R706G01) used in F-16 radar antennas. The offeror must have the required facilities and equipment to repair, inspect, test, package, and store the item, and make them available for government evaluation. The repair must conform to government requirements within the ESA-approved engineering/technical data package, including Unique Identification (UID) requirements. The offeror must also provide data showing the results of all quality, performance, and environmental evaluations. The estimated costs for testing and evaluation to become qualified is $20,000, and the qualification effort should require 270 days.
