Intra-Europe Commercial Circuit Telecommunication Services

This solicitation seeks telecommunication services for a 10MB commercial circuit to be established intra-Europe. The requirement is restricted, and attachments will only be provided to entities registered under the appropriate NAICS codes. Requestors must include their UEI or CAGE code for verification; requests lacking this information will be rejected. Telecommunication Providers (TPs) must possess a current DITCO Basic Agreement (BA) signed by both the Government and the Contractor before submitting quotes. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services, prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. Pricing should detail Monthly Recurring Charges (MRC), Non-Recurring Charges (NRC), and any tiered pricing for additional service months. The requested service date and acceptance criteria are specified in the attached solicitation. TPs must adhere to the terms and conditions outlined therein. The Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process will be used for evaluation.
