Special Education Master Services

The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education is seeking to establish a list of pre-qualified approved vendors who may provide one or more services as contracted by the Department. These services include developing and providing professional development activities, creating tools and protocols, conducting research and data analysis, and providing technical assistance to improve services to students with disabilities. The Department seeks vendors with expertise in areas such as data related to students with disabilities, content area expertise, IEP process and implementation, disability-related topics, family engagement, coaching, state performance planning, evaluation of special education programs, DESE support activities, and technology supports for students with disabilities.
