Annual Software Licenses

The Quebec Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility is seeking proposals for a firm contract covering annual licenses for various office productivity, graphics, website-creation, and e-learning software products. The licenses must comply with the solicitation's specifications, standards, and statement of requirements. The estimated contract period is 12 months.
