Operational Support Contracted Services

Education Service Center Region 13 (ESC Region 13) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for operational support contracted services. This is a continuous solicitation, with awards being made to multiple vendors incrementally through June 29, 2027. ESC Region 13 aims to establish a list of pre-qualified vendors to provide services including access control, HVAC maintenance and repair, commercial ceiling tile services, door maintenance, kitchen equipment maintenance, power washing, refrigeration equipment maintenance, custodial services, drywall repair, electrical services, elevator inspection, emergency mitigation, equipment rentals, fence repair, fleet maintenance, fire alarm monitoring, fire equipment maintenance, floor cleaning, flooring repair, glass services, grease trap services, irrigation maintenance, landscape maintenance, lighting maintenance, locksmith services, material handling equipment maintenance, overhead door maintenance, painting, parking lot maintenance, pest control, plumbing, security video system maintenance, specialty printing, tree trimming, vehicle body repair, vehicle window repair, and waste management. Awards will be made to multiple vendors, and ESC Region 13 reserves the right to select the vendor that best meets its needs. Once vendors receive an award under this RFP, they do not need to submit another response.
