Description
The Government of Canada is soliciting offers for ten line items supporting Victoria-class submarines. The requirement includes anti-flash devices, industrial fluid coolers, check-valve cartridges, fluid-pressure filter kits, and safety-relief valves, with specified quantities delivered to CFB Esquimalt in Victoria, British Columbia, and CFB Halifax in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Equivalent or substitute products may be proposed, but bidders must provide the offered brand, model or part number, NCAGE, complete specifications, descriptive literature, and technical compliance information sufficient to demonstrate equivalency. The procurement is for new goods and will be evaluated using mandatory technical criteria and lowest evaluated price. The offer must include technical and financial sections, the Offer Submission Form, the Offeror Declaration Form, and the completed Annex A Statement of Requirement. The contract is estimated at three months, with a proposed start date of December 9, 2026. No security requirement is associated with the solicitation; however, quality, packaging, serialization, submarine-safety documentation, and delivery requirements apply to the resulting contract.
