Description
The town of Gilbert, Arizona is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) firms for the design and construction of Somerton Blvd from Williams Field to Verde Drive. Additional improvements include the installation of a 12" water line, 8" sewer line connections from Verde Drive and Williams Field Road, storm water pipe/catch basins/retention, and irrigation pipe. A pre-submittal conference will be held on May 1st, 2025. SOQs are due by May 29th, 2025.
