Description
The State of Ohio Department of Administrative Services, through its Multi-Agency Radio Communication System (MARCS) and Office of Information Technology, is soliciting a quote for a Commshop solution supporting radio tower performance. Required deliverables include perpetual licensing and software, a hosted subscription, professional services for implementation, and training. Responses must include pricing for each deliverable, completion of the required questionnaire and Supplement A, a response incorporating the complete Data Security and Privacy Terms with an acknowledgment of agreement, acceptance of the State Standard Terms and Conditions, and any applicable license agreement or privacy policy. Award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote. The solicitation is an MBE set-aside, and the contract may be renewed for up to three additional one-year terms.
