Internet, Data, and Voice Services

The Southern Alberta Institute of Technology is seeking a resilient, scalable, and commercially flexible solution for internet transit, wide-area data connectivity, and voice carrier services. The procurement is intended to replace or improve existing carrier services while maintaining continuity for critical institutional systems, remote campuses, public internet connectivity, and voice communications. Proponents must offer solution options rather than simply reproduce the current design. Each option should address service architecture, expected performance, risks, dependencies, implementation requirements, lifecycle implications, and total cost, with recommendations based on overall value. A proposal may address voice carrier services only.
