Stevens Point Parking Lot Paving Project

This project for the City of Stevens Point involves comprehensive parking lot improvements. The scope of work includes pulverizing and relaying existing pavement, removing old pavement, grading the site, and providing and compacting gravel. New asphaltic binder and surface course will be placed, along with the removal and replacement of curb and gutter. The project also requires inlet protection and other incidental items as identified in the special provisions. The contractor will be responsible for providing traffic control throughout the duration of the work and performing general cleanup, including sweeping the lot after pavement is placed.
